The technical pages offer a more detailed writing for those wanting to know more about the personal computer. We take a look at the BIOS. The CMOS is explained, with in-depth descriptions of the configuration such as Plug & Play or Power Management and ACPI. There is a complete reference to components such as the power supply unit (PSU), the main processor or motherboard and many of the peripherals.

There is a page dedicated to sites of a Scottish theme and a favourites page. Recently we added links to component, peripheral and motherboard sites, a compilation of the best search engines around complete with a brief explanation of their service, links to useful free subscriptions and a list of online PC magazines.
