We charge from £25.00 Sterling plus parts (if, and only if needed). We can use your own parts, if you have bought them from some supplier or for example at a computer fair. You come to us.

£25 is the usual price we charge to fix most software problems

We can also back up all your data if you require it before any work is done. Every PC is examined with you before and after it is worked on and only when you are satisfied that your computer works are you billed. Once you are under our wing we have been known not to charge on many occasions. Everyone is allowed to make one mistake. Manufacturers bring out new drivers all the time, offering enhancements and bug fixes. Hard drives need cleaning as does the inside and out of your computer. We will inspect, clean and service your PC inside and out and while there you could always ask all those technical questions you have wanted to know the answers too.
